A disabled man would like to have gravel donated for a small area outside his house in Wenatchee. A crew of volunteers from Catholic Family and Child Services/Volunteer Chore Service is available to spread the gravel if it is donated.

Last year, my 4th graders at Columbia Elementary School and Patty Cone\'s kindergarteners worked together and made holiday placemats for our Make a Difference Day service project. We plan on doing the same thing again but I would like to expand my student\'s service opportunity with an additional project.
This time I would like to include all of the 4th graders at Columbia, and I would like to make Bean Soup Packets to donate to Serve Wenatchee Valley or another local food bank. The kids will benefit from helping others, I believe.
I have done this before in my classroom and it was a wonderful experience (not only math, but community building and a civics lesson in service). I can get other volunteers to help with delivery but now I am looking for funding to help with the purchase of materials: (beans, spices, zip lock bags ... lots of them).
Do you happen to know of anyone that may help with these purchases or places for me to look to get help?

The YWCA needs to seal its parking lot before the winter. We need four five gallon buckets of pavement sealer and crack filler too. We will need three squeegee\'s.too.
We are also in need of five gallons of paint on roof sealler for our transitional housing...
